(Nashville, Tenn., 4-21-06) - Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC (BFNT) is creating all-new, customer-focused Web sites for each of its truck tire brands: www.BridgestoneTruckTires.com, targeted for large- and medium-sized fleet customers, and www.FirestoneTruckTires.com, designed for smaller fleet and owner-operator customers.

The new Web sites were launched today at BIZCON 10, the company’s annual dealer conference held in Washington D.C.

Fleet owners and managers visiting www.BridgestoneTruckTires.com can find an incredible collection of resources that they can access quickly and easily. Tire brochures, product specs and reference guides can be conveniently viewed anytime. Any issue of “Real Answers” magazine from the past ten years is available. Managers can have their technicians view tire maintenance videos online and download quizzes to test their skills. And any load/inflation table or technical bulletin can be referenced with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

For years, fleets have e-mailed Bridgestone’s truck Tire Doctor with their biggest tire questions. While the Tire Doctor will continue to personally respond, the answers are now posted on the new Web site – along with several years’ worth of “Ask the Doctor” correspondence. Not only is it a terrific resource for fleets to see if their tire questions have already been answered, it’s a very interesting read.

To view “Ask the Doctor” questions, download Bridgestone brand tire brochures – or even request a “Bridgestone Guide to Large Truck Fuel Economy” or full-line Bridgestone Radial Truck Tire catalog be mailed to a U.S. or Canadian address, visit www.BridgestoneTruckTires.com.

Owner operators and small fleets are typically in the business because they were “Born to Truck.” That’s why Firestone created a Web site just for them. In fact, the newly designed site welcomes hard-working truckers to send in pictures of their hard-working trucks. Each month, one proudly owned rig will take the Firestone Truck of the Month showcase spot and the owner will be awarded a rugged leather bomber jacket for bragging rights. Web visitors are encouraged to browse the Owners’ Gallery so they can appreciate the spectacular entries.

Visitors to www.FirestoneTruckTires.com can also find product specs and features, load/inflation tables, tire information bulletins and recordkeeping forms, such as scrap tire analysis worksheets. Tire care information and performance tips are available to help small fleets and owner operators get as many smooth miles as possible from their Firestone truck tires. There are even five tire care videos for those who want to learn more.

The Web site is easy to navigate and important information is no more than two clicks – or Web pages – away. But if visitors don’t have time to read product information online, they can always request a Firestone catalog or product sheet be mailed to their address.

When visiting www.BridgestoneTruckTires.com or FirestoneTruckTires.com, don’t forget to bookmark the new sites so you can always find expert tire care information and product data quickly and easily.
