Not at this show! In May of 2000, nearly
10,000 lovers of antique trucks gathered near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania,
to gaze adoringly at over 700 surviving examples of trucking history.
It was the annual show of the Antique Truck Historical Society (ATHS).
ATHS, with over 20,000 members nationwide, is celebrating its 30th
anniversary in 2001 with the establishment of its first permanent
museum, expected to open this fall in Kansas City.
Next year, on June 1, Kansas City will also play host to the 2002
ATHS truck show. Until then, heres your opportunity to take
a look at some of the great old trucks ATHS members have so lovingly
preserved.
