What in the world
is new at Bridgestone?

We have sales representatives and territory managers to assist your fleet. We have field and sales engineers who make tire "house calls." But what if you want tire care information at 6 a.m.?  Or 9 p.m.?

Or maybe you don't want to speak with a real person. You just want quick answers, hassle free.

That's why we redesigned the Bridgestone Web site - just for you. Let's take a look at Bridgestone's new area of the World Wide Web.

Why change? It was fine the way it was.

Our world doesn't operate strictly 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. anymore, and that's especially true for trucking companies. That's why Bridgestone created a Web site where our fleet customers could go for tire care information anytime, 24/7.

Tell us about some of the changes.

The biggest is our address. You'll now find us at: www.BridgestoneTruckTires.com Make sure you bookmark the site so you can always find it fast.

We changed the name for a reason - if it's popular with Bridgestone fleets, you'll find it here - whether it's a tire care video, technical bulletin or Real Answers article.

By the way, if you can't remember the address next time you go online, you can always access the new Bridgestone Truck Tires site from our old address, www.trucktires.com.

What's new on the site?

Plenty. Many of the product brochures are online so if you're curious about a new Bridgestone tire, you can view or download the brochure. In some cases, you can even download a PowerPoint(r) presentation. These slide shows go in-depth on many of Bridgestone's most popular on-highway tires' features and bene

Want a full-line Bridgestone catalog? Fill out your name and address and we'll mail one to you right away. In fact, all of our brochures, catalogs, reference guides, DVDs and videos are available through mail order - free!

By the way, if you can't find something, ask. There's a new "Contact Us" page so you can e-mail us. Or call us. Or drop us a line.

What areas are expected to be the most popular?

Many visitors to the old site e-mailed questions to the Tire Doctor - Bridgestone's team of tire specialists.

The new Bridgestone Truck Tire Web site posts the answers to many of the questions that have been asked over the years by fleets just like yours. What's your biggest question? It's possible the tire specialists have already answered it. You'll find "Ask the Doctor" questions under the "Answers to Your Tire Questions" button.

What else is new?

We expanded the Library area, so the most popular reference materials are never more than two clicks away.

What does "two clicks away" mean?

Some Web sites are like mazes - you know something is there, but you just can't find it.

On the Bridgestone site, reference materials are never more than two pages away - that's two clicks.

Let's say you want to download a Vehicle Inspection Worksheet. Click once on "Recordkeeping Forms." Click a second time on "download Word file." That's it - two clicks to your destination.
